Overview: "Honda Project: Customer Interactions" is an eLearning course that takes learners on an interactive, scenario-based training, and was specifically tailored for customer service personnel and management at Honda dealerships. Designed to enhance the quality of customer interactions from the very first greeting, the course teaches participants how to create positive first impressions, handle common customer service scenarios, and maintain professionalism in high-pressure situations. Through a blend of theoretical instruction and practical application, learners engage with simulated scenarios that reflect real-life challenges they might face in a dealership setting and receive feedback on their responses.

Solution:  I began with creating learning objectives,  creating real world scenarios, and storyboarding. My goal was  to practice solving the challenge of managing diverse customer interactions that can significantly influence customer satisfaction and loyalty. This includes:

• Making a strong first impression through effective greetings.

• Handling customer inquiries and complaints professionally.

• Dealing with high-pressure situations while maintaining a positive demeanor.

This course boosts customer service skills through interactive, scenario-based training that utilizes the latest adult learning theories, and emphasizes the following instructional design best practices:

• Practical Application: Real-world simulations enhance greeting skills and customer interactions.

• Adaptive Learning: Incorporates immediate feedback, promoting continuous skill refinement.

• Accessible Training: Available online, ensuring consistent quality and broad accessibility across all dealership locations.

This efficient training solution sample equips Honda dealership personnel to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, fostering a superior service environment. To enrich the content and scripts, I collaborated with ChatGPT, and created relevant background images with DALL-E. To ensure excellent audio quality, I edited the audio with the program Audacity.

Overview: "Portuguese Holiday Magic" is an eLearning venture that takes learners on a journey through both Brazilian culture and the Portuguese language. Crafted with Articulate Storyline, this course combines AI-powered content curation with traditional instructional techniques for a rich, immersive experience.

Solution:  I began with storyboarding, creating learning objectives, and selecting the essential grammatical concepts needed. To enrich the content and scripts, I collaborated with ChatGPT, integrating AI innovation with instructional design. Key features include interactive storytelling, cultural integration, adaptive feedback mechanisms, and gamified learning activities. Designed with accessibility in mind, the course features narration for all textual content, closed captions, and a user-friendly interface.

Overview: This microlearning course was a personal project for IDOL academy.

Solution: In a dedicated venture for IDOL Academy, I created a microlearning course designed to encapsulate concentrated learning experiences. Utilizing Articulate Rise, I was able to swiftly integrate interactive content and assessments that enhance retention. To augment content creation, I leveraged ChatGPT for initial content generation, followed by meticulous fact-checking and refinement to ensure accuracy and relevance. This project showcases my ability to combine AI efficiency with human oversight, resulting in an innovative and reliable educational product.

Overview: Animated eLearning Narration Comparison, created for a personal project for IDOL Academy.

Solution: I crafted a series of concise eLearning videos utilizing Vyond for animated content delivery. The project entailed two distinct versions for narration — one employing Vyond's automated text-to-speech feature, and the other featuring a personal touch with my own voice, recorded and refined via Audacity. The goal was to demonstrate the impact of narration choices on user engagement, providing a comparative insight for clients deciding on the best narration style for their eLearning initiatives.
